1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Marimoh's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Marimoh provides marketing, branding, design, social media, and photography services. The specific scope of services will be detailed in individual project proposals and agreements.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for project completion
  • Respond to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner
  • Ensure they have the rights to any materials provided to Marimoh
  • Make payments according to agreed-upon terms and schedules
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

  • A deposit may be required before work commences
  • Invoices are due within 30 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed
  • Late payments may incur interest charges and suspension of services
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. However:

  • Marimoh retains the right to display completed work in portfolios and marketing materials
  • Any pre-existing intellectual property remains the property of Marimoh
  • Third-party licenses (fonts, stock photos, etc.) remain subject to their original terms
  • Work-in-progress materials and concepts remain Marimoh's property until final payment

6. Project Timelines

Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors including client feedback delays, scope changes, or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any timeline changes promptly.

7. Revisions and Changes

The number of revision rounds will be specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

Significant scope changes may require a new proposal and agreement.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project. This obligation continues after project completion.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In such cases:

  • Client is responsible for payment of all work completed to date
  • Marimoh will deliver all completed work upon receipt of payment
  • Deposits and payments for completed work are non-refundable

10. Limitation of Liability

Marimoh's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

11. Warranties

We warrant that our services will be performed with professional care and skill. However, we make no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes or results.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Marimoh operates. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
